Arrivals are between 16h and 19 hours.
In case of late arrival, we thank you kindly notify us as soon as possible.
For the tranquility of our guests, no arrival is possible after 22 hours.

The day of your departure, we ask you to free your room for 11h.

The reservation can be made from our website for rooms, or by phone or email.
We encourage you to make your reservation directly on our website or by phone in order to get the best price and especially help us in the restoration of Hodebert.

For short stays, the payment will take place at the end of the stay.
For stays longer than 3 nights, the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total price of the stay will be requested to confirm the reservation.

In any case, the reservation is effective only after written confirmation from us.

The date of reception of your cancellation (obligatorily by mail or by mail) entails the following expenses:

Receiving your cancellation more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Receipt of your cancellation 14 days, or less than 14 days, before the arrival date a billing equal to 50% of the amount of the stay will be made.
Reception of your cancellation 8 days, or less than 8 days before the date of arrival as well as a no-show (effective from 19 pm) entails the invoicing of the total amount of the stay.
A shortened stay entails the invoicing of 50% of remaining nights with a minimum of one night, as compensation.
If for exceptional circumstances, the castle of Hodebert is led to cancel the stay, an alternative solution will be proposed and the sums already paid will be returned.
