This bedroom features oak woodwork and furniture from the Louis XVI period. With its alcove and Indian print wallpaper, it feels particularly warm and inviting.

An organic breakfast is included. It is served in the living room with all the elegance and “art de vivre” we can expect from a French home. Most menu items are made in the Hodebert kitchen by the lady of the house with quality organic ingredients. The organic spelt bread is made using a recipe of Sainte Hildegarde de Bingen’s, with non-hybridized spelt flour. The jams are made using fruit from Hodebert or neighboring orchards, and cooked with organic cane sugar. Organic cheeses, or from neighboring farms, organic orange blossom flavored yogurts, and other delicacies are served depending on the season.
